Is participation in the program free?

Participation in the partner program is entirely free. To join, you simply need to register as a partner. Our experts will then provide you with comprehensive support and consult with you regarding the promotion of your ideas.

Who can register in the affiliate program?

Anyone with an audience, website visitors, customers, subscribers, or other means of promoting and referring individuals to Coolbet can apply to join Coolbet's Partner Affiliate program.

What payment methods do you offer?

Currently, we offer two payment methods for affiliates: Bank Wire Transfer and Skrill (formerly known as Moneybookers). If you have an alternative method, please get in touch with us.

How do I join?

Joining is straightforward. Simply click here to access the registration form, complete it in full, and we will be in contact as soon as we review your application.

When do I get paid, and what is the minimum amount for a payout?

The minimum payout threshold is €100. At the end of each month, you will receive your earnings within 21 days of receiving the invoice.

How are commissions calculated?

For example, in the case of revenue share: (Bets – Wins – Bonuses - Chargebacks) x Deal % = Commission.
For CPA and Fixed fee deals: As agreed in the contract

Do you support negative carryover?

No, we adhere to a no negative carryover policy. At the start of every month, your account balance is reset to €0, allowing you to begin anew and stay motivated in promoting our brands. For no negative carryover certain conditions apply. Please visit T&Cs for more information

How often are affiliate statistics updated?

Our affiliate statistics are updated on a daily basis.

What affiliate platform do you use?

We use Income Access platform.

How are the players tracked, and what is the cookie duration?

Players are being tracked by a custom parameter called btag that is manually added to the landing page URL. Btag allows the platform to identify the marketing channel where the user interacted with the link. A user can have only 1 btag (last click attribution) which after registration can’t be changed or overwritten by other btags. For that user where btag connects the user and the channel, those are the users for which you will receive compensation according to the agreement
Cookie lifetime duration is 90 days. This means that anyone you refer to us must register at coolbet.com within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link for you to receive credit for the referral.

Can I register more than one website for your affiliate program?

Certainly. At Coolbet, we always welcome additional traffic sources.

Why was my application rejected?

For how long are the players referred considered as my players? How long do the players contribute to my earnings?

In the case of a Revenue Share model, all players who sign up on our website after following your links are designated as "your" players, and they will continue to generate profits for you over their lifetime.
